Our workforce comprises 340 individuals who are passionate about the service we provide. At EPX, we believe that our employees are key to running a successful operation. Each EPX Courier Services branch is run by a regional manager who not only tends to the needs of customers serviced in the area, but is also actively involved in making sure daily operational requirements are met. With the EPX Operations Hub situated next to the R21 highway in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, and our Head Office in Polokwane, we have seven branches strategically positioned in each of the provinces we serve. EPX Courier Services has several processes and controls in place that keep operations running smoothly from the moment a collection is booked right up to the actual delivery. All processes are carefully monitored by management and are adjusted quickly if the need arises.
